What makes biOrb aquariums different from traditional glass tanks?
biOrb aquariums are made from acrylic, which is 10 times stronger and significantly clearer than glass. Additionally, every biOrb features a built-in 5-stage filtration system designed to keep your underwater environment clean and healthy with minimal maintenance.
How often do I need to change the filter cartridge?
To maintain optimal water clarity and health for your fish or plants, we recommend replacing the filter cartridge and performing a partial water change every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of inhabitants in your biOrb.
Does biOrb US offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.
What is your return policy for home decor and aquariums?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Please note that used filtration media or water treatments cannot be returned.
Do biOrb products come with a warranty?
All biOrb aquariums, terrariums, and electrical components (pumps and lights) come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Can I use real plants in my biOrb aquarium or terrarium?
Absolutely. While we offer a wide range of easy-to-clean silk and plastic plants, biOrb environments are fully compatible with live aquatic or terrestrial plants, provided you select species appropriate for the size and lighting of your specific model.
